1. Introduction

3. Your Account

3.1 Registration

Each user may hold only one account. Duplicate accounts — whether using the same device, same payment method, or same identity — are strictly prohibited. If we detect duplicate accounts, we may close all of them and forfeit any bonus funds. You are responsible for all activity on your account from the moment of registration.

3.2 Account Security

You must keep your login credentials — username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes — completely private. XPK77 will never ask for your password via email, chat, or phone. If you suspect that someone else has accessed your account, notify support immediately and change your password without delay.

3.3 Accurate Information

All details you provide during registration — name, date of birth, phone number, and payment account — must be accurate and up to date. Providing false information is a violation of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure without any obligation to return funds.

3.4 Account Closure

You may request account closure at any time by contacting our support team. Upon closure, any outstanding real-money balance (subject to standard verification) will be returned to your registered payment method. Bonus balances that have not met wagering requirements will be forfeited on closure.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Deposits

5. Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 Wagering Requirements

5.2 General Bonus Rules

• Bonuses are for personal, recreational use only. Bonus abuse — including coordinated play or exploiting offers through multiple accounts — will result in bonus cancellation and possible account suspension.

6. Betting Rules

6.1 Placing Bets

Once a bet is confirmed in your account, it is final. Bets cannot be cancelled or altered after they have been accepted by the system. Please review your selections carefully before confirming any wager.

6.2 Errors and Obvious Mistakes

If a price or odds is clearly posted in error (for example, due to a technical glitch), XPK77 reserves the right to void any bets placed at those incorrect odds. We will notify affected users and return their stake in full.

6.3 Match Abandonment & Postponements

• If a cricket match or other sporting event is abandoned or postponed, bets will generally be settled according to the official result at the time of suspension, or voided if no result has been determined.
• For PSL and T20 matches, the Duckworth-Lewis-Stern (DLS) method result is accepted as the official result for betting purposes.

6.4 Maximum Payouts

Maximum payout limits apply per bet and per day. These limits are displayed on the betting slip before you confirm your wager. XPK77 reserves the right to limit bet sizes for individual users if patterns of abuse or risk management concerns are identified.

7. Responsible Gaming

XPK77 takes responsible gaming seriously. We encourage all users to treat betting as a form of entertainment, not a way to earn income or solve financial problems. Here are some tools and practices we recommend:

• Set a budget: Decide in advance how much PKR you are comfortable spending in a session and stick to that limit.

• Using the Platform for any form of money laundering or financial crime.

• Providing false documents during KYC or identity verification processes.

XPK77 uses fraud detection and monitoring tools. Any account flagged for suspicious activity may be suspended immediately pending investigation. During this period, withdrawals may be held until the review is complete.

9. Limitation of Liability

XPK77 provides the Platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we make every effort to keep the Platform running smoothly, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access at all times. We shall not be held liable for:

• Losses arising from service interruptions, maintenance downtime, or technical faults beyond our reasonable control.
• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, including lost profits or opportunity costs.
• Losses resulting from your failure to keep account credentials secure.
• Third-party payment delays or failures outside XPK77's processing systems.

Our total liability to you in connection with any single incident shall not exceed the value of the relevant bet or transaction at the time the issue occurred.

10. Privacy

By using XPK77, you consent to the collection, processing, and storage of your personal information as described therein. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.
